When I try to log in it keeps saying "Login Failed"
If you are an existing community member and it is not the first time you have logged in, make sure that you are typing your email and password correctly.
Also make sure that you enter your password ensuring that the 'caps lock' is off.
I've forgotten my password
If you forget your password click on the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the login box. You will then be asked to enter the email address you registered with and your password will then be sent to that address.
How do I change my password?
Once you are logged in, click on "Account" then "Settings" and click on "Change My Password".
What is a "Naughty Photo"?
Before photos can be viewed on the community a member of the Addictive Interactive team must first approve them. A "Naughty Photo" is a photo of an adult or suggestive nature, possibly depicting scenes of nudity that may offend some of our community members.
How do I upload photos?
To make the community as fun as possible it is important that our members upload photos of themselves that they wish to share. To do this simply log in, click on the "my profile" -> "add content" -> "photo"
Clicking 'browse' will then allow you to browse the files on your computer and select the files that you wish to upload. Once you have selected a photo you can then select an album to place it in if you wish or simply click "Upload" to add it to your photo album. Prior to being approved an icon will be displayed in your photo album indicating that the photo is "Awaiting Approval".
My photo failed to upload - file is too large?
If this message is displayed you need to reduce the size of your photo. The maximum file size you can upload is 10mb, which is ample for most pictures. To view the file size before you upload your photo, right click on it with the mouse and select "Properties" from the menu. If the file size does exceed this limit you can reduce it as follows:
- Open your photo in a photo-editing application and re-size the image using the options available (for example, reduce it to 50% of its original size).
- Save you photo as a "JPEG" file. To do this go to "Save As" and select the JPEG file type in the file type menu.
I keep being told to "Log in" even though I have already done so
Firstly, this may be because you have not used the community for a while despite leaving your browser window open. If your account is inactive for an hour the system will require you to log back in. However, if you are repeatedly told to login despite having done so already during the session, the problem may be because you have cookies disabled on your system. To adjust Internet Explorer's privacy settings, click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the screen and select "Internet Options". Next, click on the "Privacy" tab and adjust your privacy settings accordingly to enable cookies.

Will my profile and content be indexed by search engines?
When uploading content you will be given the option to make the content available to Everyone (Public) or Friends Only (Private). Public content will be viewable by all visitors to the site and is also indexable via search engines.
You are able to apply specific privacy settings to all of the different types of content, for example blogs may be set as public, whereas photos set to private.
Opting for private settings mean that your content will not be indexed by search engines however any community content that was public previously and already indexed by Google may take a little time to disappear completely from search. Changing your settings on this content to private will ensure that it cannot be viewed by anyone other than your community friends.
Posting comments can also be set to either public or private within all areas of the community.
As with all other social websites of this type, public content will appear via search engines (unless you specifically set the content to private) however people cannot interact or comment without registering as a community member first. Any content deemed inappropriate will be moderated and these members will be removed at our discretion.
Newly registering members automatically have their profile and photos set to private and will need to alter these settings to public if they want to be visible to all.
You also have the option of completely removing your profile from the Friends & Members section of the site.
All of these privacy controls can be found on the Settings page.
