Comments: I prefer running outside to indoors and the cold air hurts my lungs so I don't run as much.

Comments: MASSIVELY! I think it's a combination of things. Time I finish work it is dark so that kinda makes me just wanna go home. Also when its cold and wet I just wanna get home. Also in the summer and the month leading up to it I am more motivated to get in shape as the weather will be nicer and I will have holidays booked.

Comments: As the nights draw in my enthusiam suffers. Although I think it's more to do with wanting to spend my time with my girlfriend and reading books... and getting old, wearing slippers and drinking hot chocolate.
