Comments: from what ive heard running befor breakfast is good, though personally i wouldnt be able to run at that time, i can barely walk at 5.30am! lol

Comments: It burns off your body's fat, because your stomuch is empty. If you have food in your stomuch you use the kcal from there for energy, but if your stomuch is empty it uses the kcal from your body. I would recommend plenty of water before and while running, and a protien shake when you get back.
