Brilliant book and training plan to stick to if you're looking for some motivation and a mix on your training. Spread over 21 weeks and in different stages (Bronze to Platinum) the training caters for all levels of fitness. The book also covers LL's diet and gives some recipes which is quite handy if you only have a basic understanding of nutrition.
