Peter Christianson & Carlos Mendoza, a couple of seriously talented producers/remixers/DJ's from Seattle USA make up the Lawnchair Generals. They have only really been around since 2001 but in a short space of time have produced/remixed and also DJ-d some memorable things. Seriously grrovy cheese on toast free kinda deep (ish) house is the order of the day. A true unique style to them in my opinion.

Their defining moment for me was when they appeared with the East Coast Boogiemen @ Deep Fix Kansas in September 2003. Quite simply the best DJ set i have ever heard. If you can find it then have a listen. If your into stuff like this it will blow you away.

Do a google search and check out their website to find out more and listen to some of their stuff. Tunes wise look for labels such as Westbound, Amenti, Lowdown & Aroma
