Andy Jay's Tattoo & Piercing Studio (rochester kent) may look dirty and dingy from the outside but once you get inside its not that bad. To be honest there are to small waiting areas on for piercings and one for tattooing. Unfortunately the tattoos/piercings are done in full view of others unless it is in a delicat area and you are asked to wait outside. Apart from that he is cheap a minium of ten pounds for a tattoo, a professional piercer (who used to work in the medical world) and to top it all you may ask for anaesthetic Whooo Hooo. Dont be fooled but its exterior pop on in your be surprised!
