often use this particular product as I like to have a long relaxing soak in the bath. Personally, I feel this product is effective if you want to promote sleep before going to bed which I do.
Admittedly this product doesnt make your skin super soft as I believe its solely used for the bath but its purpose is to make you relax which it does fulfill.
I would recommend this product to those who have had a busy or hard day's work and need to relax before going to sleep.
