Zumba is the best type of exercise because it doesn't feel like exercise, just feels like having fun. You can burn up to 750 calories per hour and you don't even realise it, where as it's hard to burn this many in the gym without giving up half way through and losing the will power. I highly recommend it to people who find it hard to exercise and want to get fit.
