When you sign up with an Addictive Interactive Ltd partner community you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read them carefully, as they form the agreement between us.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the service and should not proceed to register.

User Agreement
This Agreement constitutes your agreement with Addictive Interactive Ltd with respect to your use of the Service. You must agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to become or remain an authorised user of the Service. As used in this Agreement, "we" and "us" means Addictive Interactive Ltd or any successor or assign of Addictive Interactive Ltd.

Right to Use
Your right to use the Service is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by us from time to time, in our sole discretion. We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the Service or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability. We reserve the right to send admin messages from the Administrator to your internal inbox at any time. This will generally be used to promote new community features, meet ups or third parties that we feel may be of interest.

Adult
You must be Thirteen or over to register as a Web Site Member of the BeAddictive communities or use the Web Site.

Code of Conduct
You agree to use the Service in accordance with the following Code of Conduct:

1. To help fight spam and prevent fake profiles all community members must provide their real names and information when registering a profile.
2. You may not pretend to be someone else. This includes the use of a false or made up name.
3. You will not provide any false personal information in your profile, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
4. you will not create multiple accounts, we allow one account per user and any persons creating multiple accounts will be instantly removed without refund.
5. this site is NOT & will not be used as a dating site.
6. you will not cheat on the Addictive Charts system, members caught cheating will have their visitors removed and be issued one warning before being removed entirely.
7. you will keep all information provided to you through the Service as private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you;
8. you will not use the Service to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behaviour, including but not limited to the posting of communications, pictures or recordings which contain libellous, slanderous, abusive, defamatory or drug related statements, or racist, pornographic, obscene, or offensive language;
9. you will not forward chain letters through the Service;
10. you will not use the Service to infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or any other rights of any person;
11. you will not post messages, pictures or recordings or use the Service in any way which
    i. violates, plagiarizes or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright or trade-mark law, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, drug related or
    ii. is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates any law;
12. you will not use the Service to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services.
13. you will not use the Service to distribute or up load any virus, trojan horses or do anything else that might cause harm to the Service, Addictive Interactive Ltd systems or to other members´ systems in any way.
14. you will not post or transmit in any manner any contact information including, but not limited to, email addresses, "instant messenger" nicknames, telephone numbers, postal addresses, URLs, or full names through your publicly posted information.
15. you will not use the site for any form of head-hunting, eg. you will not scout for customers, contestants, employees, models, djs, dancers, extras etc.
16. the site and your profile will be used to find like minded friends, not to advertise yourself, your business or any other service.

The Loyalty Scheme

Photo Uploads
The following terms and conditions apply to photos uploaded to the community:

Addictive staff have final say if a photo is rejected & what album it will be approved to. Anyone wasting staff time by uploading rejected images will be removed & banned from the site.

Photos showing bodies and no heads will be approved as naughty.

1. Your main profile photo has to include you.
2. No fake photos. (you will be instantly banned)
3. Your photo album cannot solely contain modelling photos.
4. No borders or un-cropped photos.
5. No web addresses, logos or commercial use.
6. Photos must be the right way round and not require rotating.
7. Photos cannot be too blurry or dark.
8. Photos must not contain drug references.
9. Cartoon images cannot be set as main profile photos, nor do we allow photo albums full of cartoon images.
10. Photos of children are not allowed as main profile photos.
11. Do not upload loads of random photos because it is your profile, personal to you.
12. No libellous, slanderous, abusive, defamatory, racist, obscene, or offensive images.
13. No hardcore photos (although naughty photos are intended to be of a naughty nature they should be no more hardcore than you will see in the likes of FHM, Maxim or Loaded. Any photos showing more than boobs or bum will be rejected).

We take pride in being really strict with the content that goes onto this community, it is this that sets us apart from other on-line communities by keeping things real and not allowing things to get dirty or sleazy. The reason we are so strict is because we want our sites to bring like-minded, funky people together who have a common interest in clubbing, music, fashion and extreme sports. We do not accept offensive or fake people on the site, and you will be instantly removed and banned if you are found to be either of the two.

Privacy and Use of Information
By accessing the services you have also agreed to our Privacy Statement.

You acknowledge that (a) we cannot ensure the security or privacy of information you provide through the Internet and your email messages, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the use of such information by other parties; (b) we are not responsible for, and cannot control, the use by others of any information which you provide to them and you should use caution in selecting the personal information you provide to others through the Service; and (c) we cannot assume any responsibility for the content of messages sent by other users of the Service, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the contents of any communications you may receive from other users. We cannot guarantee, and assume no responsibility for verifying, the accuracy of the information provided by other users of the Service.

Invites
By importing your email address books when sending community invites you are granting us permission to contact those email addresses on your behalf. We will send an invitation email to the emails provided up to a maximum of three times.

Monitoring of Information
We reserve the right to monitor all advertisements, public postings and messages to ensure that they conform to the content guidelines which may be applicable from time to time.

Removal of Information
While we do not and cannot review every message or other material posted or sent by users of the Service, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, including without limitation profiles, public postings and messages, that we, in our sole discretion, deem to violate the Code of Conduct set out above or any applicable content guidelines, or to be otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for the content of profiles, public postings, messages and other materials you may upload to the Service or users of the Service.

Termination of Access to Service
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, any wasting of staff time or any activity that may otherwise affect the enjoyment of the Service or the Internet by others may be grounds for termination of your access to all or part of the Service at our sole discretion, and you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Proprietary Information
The Service contains information which is proprietary to us our partners, and our users. We assert full copyright protection in the Service. Information posted by us, our partners or users of the Service may be protected whether or not it is identified as proprietary to us or to them. You agree not to modify, copy or distribute any such information in any manner whatsoever without having first received the express permission of the owner of such information. Security
Your account is private and should not be used by anyone else. You are responsible for all usage or activity on the Service by users using your password, including but not limited to use of your password by any third party.

External Links
The Service may from time to time contain links to other Internet sites and resources ("External Links"). You acknowledge that we are not responsible for, and have no liability as a result of, the availability of External Links or their contents. We suggest that you review the terms of use and privacy statement of such External Links prior to use of them.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us, our officers, directors, employees and agents, from any loss or damages, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, which we may suffer from your activities on or use of the Service, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement or any charges or complaints made by other parties against you. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any claim. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you; provided, however, that you shall remain liable for any such claim.

No Warranties
The Service is distributed on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that this Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions, and interruptions in the availability of the Service. Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that the Service is provided without any warranties of any kind whatsoever, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge that use of the Service is at your own risk. We do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any member profile, advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed through the Service by Addictive Interactive Ltd, our partners or any user of the Service or any other person or entity. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, member profile, advice, statement or information shall be at your sole risk.

We do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed through the Service by Addictive Interactive Ltd or any user of the Service or any other service. Your continued use of the Service now, or following the posting of notice of any changes in this Agreement, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications.

No Responsibility
Although we strive to provide the best facilities we can to ensure maximum speed and availability from our servers and software, Addictive Interactive Ltd does not offer any service level agreement or any guarantee in relation to service uptime or availability for any service, product or upgraded subscription service. All services provided are on an 'as is' basis.

Purchases
We accept no responsibility for any products or services bought through integrated third party shops or other third party suppliers. All queries and enquiries should be sent to the appropriate customer services team. Whilst shopping it will be obvious who the shops are powered by and any sales confirmation should include full contact details. Please let us know if this is not the case.

Limitation of Liability / Refund Policy
All upgraded subscriptions, such as, Naughty Profile upgrades are non-transferable and apply to one member account only. This is the account for which the product or subscription was purchased. All upgraded subscription services are non-refundable and a refund will not be issued if for any reason a member of staff removes you from this service at any time.

Addictive Interactive Ltd reserves the right to add, remove or amend any feature of service at any time without notice, explanation or liability without limitation.

Addictive Interactive Ltd reserves the right to increase or reduce the price or alter the content or features of any upgraded subscription service or product without prior notice, explanation or liability.

Under no circumstances will Addictive Interactive Ltd be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury, psychological damage or death resulting from anyones use of the website or service.

Addictive Features
The purpose of the Addictive Features section of the community is to encourage interaction between community members. This is NOT a public forum and replies are sent privately back to the user that asked the question.

• Ask serious questions only.
• No questions about community members or asking for help with using the community.
• No questions asking whether other community members will be or were on the same holiday as you, that's what the Holiday section is for.
• No commercial use or promotion of other sites.
• No drugs related questions.
• No sleazy or hardcore questions.

Classified Advertisements
All copy offered for publication in Addictive Ads must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority and the requirements of current legislation, and is accepted for publication, or not, at the publisher's absolute discretion. When deemed necessary all copy may be edited and classified at the publisher's discretion. All material contained in Addictive Ads is published in good faith, but it is emphasised that the publishers do not in any circumstances accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any advertisement or message published whether online or off-line (nor is any kind of warranty expressed or implied by such publication) and that the publishers specifically disclaim all and any liability to advertisers, readers and users of any kind of any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and however arising, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, and whether on the part of the publishers of Addictive Ads, or their servants or agents, or any other person.

Addictive Ads assumes no responsibility for and disclaims all liability for any errors or omissions in this publication or in any other documents or sites which may be referred to or linked to by this publication.

We reserve the right to send electronic mail to you, for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to the Service, or of any Addictive Interactive Ltd related products and services. We reserve the right to disclose information about your usage of the Service and demographics in forms that do not reveal your personal identity.

And by your use of the Service, you consent to such disclosures and communications subject to the terms of our Privacy Statement.

Governing Law
This policy and consent forms part of our website terms of use and as such it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim of whatever nature arising out of or relating to this policy and consent or otherwise to the use of your personal data, and that the laws of England and Wales shall govern such dispute or claim. However, we retain the right to bring legal proceedings in any jurisdiction where we believe that infringement of our intellectual property rights or breach of those terms is taking place or originating. Assignment
You do not have the right to assign this Agreement or any of your rights to the Service to anyone. Addictive Interactive Ltd has the right to assign any or all of its rights and duties under this Agreement or to the Service to any third party. At the election of Addictive Interactive Ltd, if Addictive Interactive Ltd's obligations hereunder are assumed by a third party, Addictive Interactive Ltd shall be relieved of any and all liability under this Agreement.
